Delivery Scope
We currently only provide shipping services within Australia. We do not support delivery to countries other than Australia at this time.
Shipping Fees
Taxes
All taxes and relevant fees are already included in the product price displayed on our website. You are not required to pay any additional tax fees upon checkout or delivery.
Order Cut-off Time
Our order cut-off time is 18:00 (Australia/Sydney, AEST/AEDT).
Orders placed before 18:00 on a business day will begin processing that same day.
Orders placed after 18:00 will be processed starting the following business day.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed starting the next available business day.
Processing Time
After your order is confirmed, please allow 1-3 business days for us to pack and dispatch your items from the warehouse.
Transit Time
Once the order has been dispatched, the estimated total transit time is 5-15 business days. Please note that remote areas may require additional time for delivery.
Logistics Carriers
To ensure your large items (such as storage sheds and patio sofas) arrive safely, we partner with reputable carriers including Australia Post, StarTrack, Sendle, and Allied Express. We reserve the right to select the most appropriate carrier based on the size and weight of your items.
Order Tracking
Upon dispatch, you will receive an email containing your order number, payment receipt, and the logistics carrier's tracking information. You can track your shipment by visiting the "Track Order" page on our website. Simply enter your email address or phone number along with the corresponding order number to query the latest status.
Liability Statement
Product Damage or Loss: If an item is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Modifications and Cancellations: You may request to modify or cancel your order before it has shipped. Once the package has been dispatched, we cannot intercept or modify the order.
Delivery Address Responsibility: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for lost packages or delivery failures caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.
Signing Instructions
Due to the nature of our products (outdoor furniture and storage equipment), packages may be large and heavy. When receiving the goods, please inspect the outer packaging for any visible signs of significant damage before signing. If the packaging is severely damaged, please refuse the shipment or note the damage clearly on the carrier's delivery receipt and contact us immediately.
PO Box Restrictions
Please note that due to the size and weight of items such as storage sheds, outdoor chairs, and patio sofas, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Please provide a valid residential or commercial physical address for delivery.
Unsuccessful Delivery
If the carrier attempts delivery and no one is available to receive the package, a notification card may be left, or the package may be taken to a local depot. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange for re-delivery or collection within the timeframe specified by the carrier. Packages returned to us due to failure to collect may incur additional shipping charges for re-sending.
Force Majeure
While we strive to meet all shipping estimates, we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather conditions, strikes, natural disasters, or major carrier network disruptions.
