Order Cancellation Conditions
We understand that circumstances may change.

  • Within 48 Hours: If your order is placed within the last 48 hours and has not yet been shipped, it can be directly cancelled without any fees.

  • After 48 Hours or Shipped: If more than 48 hours have passed since you placed the order, or if the order has already been shipped (even within the 48-hour window), the order cannot be cancelled. In this case, please wait for the logistics carrier to deliver the items, and then contact us to arrange a return and refund. Order Cancellation Process
To request a cancellation, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team via email at contact@jutevibers.com or by calling +1 (787) 457-8115. You must provide your Order Number and valid proof of payment to verify your identity and purchase.

  • Our customer service team will review and process your application immediately upon receipt. Once approved, we will inform you of the result and arrange for the refund without delay.

Refund Instructions
Once your cancellation request is confirmed and approved:

  • Method: The refund will be returned directly to the original bank card (Visa, MasterCard) account used for the payment. We do not refund to alternative accounts for security reasons.

  • Processing Time: Depending on the processing efficiency of different bank card issuers, we expect the refund to arrive in your account within 1-5 business days.

  • Overdue: If you have not received the refund after this period, please contact us immediately for assistance.

Order Modifications
If you need to update your shipping address or contact details, please contact us within 48 hours of placing the order and before the item is shipped. We cannot modify order details once the package has been handed over to the carrier. If the address is incorrect and the item is shipped, you may be responsible for any redirection fees.

Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel an order on our end under specific circumstances, such as:

  • The ordered item is unexpectedly out of stock.

  • We are unable to verify the billing information or payment.

  • We suspect the order is fraudulent.
    If we cancel your order, we will notify you immediately via email and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
